NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. B-13, in Volume D2, Folio 2430/22174, File No. 1637, by our client, Lornah Jerono Biwott, of P.O. Box 545–00606, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jeniffer Jerono Biwott, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jeniffer Jerono Biwott, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lornah Jerono Biwott, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lornah Jerono Biwott only.
