NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 184, in Volume DI, Folio 6/48, File No. MMXXVI, by our clients, Mitul Mansuhhlal Shah and Bansi Mitul Shah (Guardians), both of P.O. Box 545–00606, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Kianna Mitul Dhanani (minor), formerly known as Kianna Mitul Shah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Kianna Mitul Shah, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kianna Mitul Dhanani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kianna Mitul Dhanani only.
