NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 920, in Volume DI, Folio 392/3974, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Rachael Muthoni Wamunyu, of P.O. Box 917–00217, Limuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rachael Muthoni Kimani alias Elizabeth Wanjiru Munyua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rachael Muthoni Kimani alias Elizabeth Wanjiru Munyua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rachael Muthoni Wamunyu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rachael Muthoni Wamunyu only.
