NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th September, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 432, in Volume DI, Folio 973/1598, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Stanley Kiplagat Baskwony Remo, of P.O. Box 70746–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stanley Kiplagat Baskwony, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Stanley Kiplagat Baskwony, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stanley Kiplagat Baskwony Remo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Stanley Kiplagat Baskwony Remo only.
