NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 166, in Volume B-13, Folio 2458/22483, File No. 1637, by our client, Cynthia Mambori Mwamidi, of P.O. Box 10135–80101, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Cynthia Nekesa Mwibanda, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Cynthia Nekesa Mwibanda and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Cynthia Mambori Mwamidi for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Cynthia Mambori Mwamidi only.
