REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles registration No. KAU 444A, Nissan Matatu, 51-seater; Reg. No. KCJ 348Y, 14-seater Matatu; Reg. No. KAQ 515S, 14-seater Matatu, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles and remove them from the Westway Parking Yard, Outering Road (Be Energy Petrol Station), within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage charges, failure to do so will result in the said motor vehicles being sold by public auction without further notice. The proceeds from the sale will be used to defray the storage charges and any other incidental costs. Any shortfall will be recovered through legal proceedings. Dated the 26th January, 2026.
