REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles registration No. KAM 567J, Toyota Land Cruiser VX, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle and remove them from the Vantage Automotive Garage Ngong, Kibiku B, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage charges, failure to do so will result in the said motor vehicle being sold by public auction without further notice. The proceeds from the sale will be used to defray the storage charges and any other incidental costs. Any shortfall will be recovered through legal proceedings. Dated the 26th January, 2026.
