UNDER THE LOAN NOTE INSTRUMENTS AND SECURITY AGREEMENTS NOTICE is given that, pursuant to Section 608 and Section 534 of the Insolvency Act, 2015, Regulated Cytonn High Yield Fund, being the holder of qualifying floating charges created under the respective Loan Note Instruments and Security Agreements executed by Cytonn Investment Partners Ten LLP (Taraji), under the Loan Note Instrument and related Security Agreement dated 23rd March 2021; and being satisfied that the charges relate to the whole or substantially the whole of the assets of the respective entities, has appointed Tom Ouma Mungai, an Insolvency Practitioner of Nairobi Forensics LLP, P.O. Box 3672-00506, Nairobi, as Administrator over the said entities and/or the whole assets subject to the qualifying charges, with effect from 18th December 2025 replacing Julius Ngumbau Mwengei upon his resignation dated 5th December 2025 under section 603 of the Insolvency Act. The appointment empowers the Administrator to exercise all powers and perform all functions conferred under the Insolvency Act, 2015, including taking control of, managing, and realising the charged assets for the benefit of creditors. All creditors and interested parties are hereby notified to submit their claims and supporting documentation to the Administrator within seven (7) days from the date of this notice.
