GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1141

WHEREAS (1) Jared Otieno Ajowi (ID/8313852) and (2) Agnes Aketch Nyagol (ID/6470125), are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land situate in Kisumu County, known as Kisumu/Koguta East/771 (Sub-divided to 2127, 2128, 2129, 2130, 2131 and 2132, and whereas a hearing was conducted by the land registrar Nyando Sub- County at Nyando land registry, and whereas determination was made to expunge the register of Kisumu/Koguta East/771 (Subdivided to 2127, 2128, 2129, 2130, 2131 and 2132 in the names of (1) Jared Otieno Ajowi (ID/8313852) and (2) Agnes Aketch Nyagol (ID/6470125), and whereas he was directed to surrender the original title held by him within fourteen (14) days and the same has not been surrendered, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said 326 326 land title deed and proceed to expunge register record in the names of Michael Okello Okuku, and the register Kisumu/Koguta East/771 (Sub-divided to 2127, 2128, 2129, 2130, 2131 and 2132in the name of (1) Jared Otieno Ajowi (ID/8313852) and (2) Agnes Aketch Nyagol (ID/6470125), and upon expunging the said land title deeds issued to the said (1) Jared Otieno Ajowi (ID/8313852) and (2) Agnes Aketch Nyagol (ID/6470125), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
