THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jacinta Auma Obiero (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.023 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Olooloitikoshi/Kitengela/2597, situate in Kajiado County, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 619 of 2009, has issued grant in favour of (1) Samuel Obiero (ID/1243373) and (2) Eugene Obiero (ID/21386941) to be registered as administrators, and whereas the said land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jacinta Auma Obiero (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
