THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josphat Maina Muthee (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Marmanet/North/Rumuruti Block 2/3765 (Ndurumo), situate in district of Laikipia, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 126 of 2013, has issued grant in favour of (1) Alexander Mwangi Maina and (2) Samuel Wamai Maina, and whereas the said (1) Alexander Mwangi Maina and (2) Samuel Wamai Maina have executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission R.L. 19 and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said 30th January, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in the name of 1) Alexander Mwangi Maina and (2) Samuel Wamai Maina, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Josphat Maina Muthee (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
