REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gakuya Koigi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the County of Kirinyaga, known as Baragwe/Guama/416, containing 1.9 hectares or thereabout respectively, and whereas the Judge of the Kerugoya Law Court in Succession Cause No. E119 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Margaret Kariuko Chomba (ID/1209689) and whereas the said land title deeds issued earlier to the said Paul Kariithi Macharia (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Margaret Kariuko Chomba (ID/1209689), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Gakuya Koigi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
