THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nancy Wairimu Njuguna (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.30 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Nguirubi/Thigio/845, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1685 of 2005, has issued grant of letters of administration to Joseph Njuguna Wairimmu, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Nancy Wairimu Njuguna (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Joseph Njuguna Wairimmu, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Nancy Wairimu Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
