REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jama Mohamed (deceased), of P.O. Box 11, Bungoma in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 216, situate in Mambrui in the Kilifi District, and whereas in Kadhi’s Court in Succession Cause No. E19 of 2024, has issued a certificate of confirmation of grant of specific performance for the transfer of the property in favour of (1) Abdi Awil Mohamed and (2) Hassan Issa Farah, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new land title deed in the name of (1) Abdi Awil Mohamed and (2) Hassan Issa Farah, and upon such registration the land title issued earlier to the said Jama Mohamed (deceased), shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
