THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Marana Developers Limited, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 20.23 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Kisaju/1911, 1912, 1913, 1915, 1914, 1916 and 1917, situate in Kajiado County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land registers (green cards) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to reconstruct new land registers (green cards) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
