THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Geoffrey Ngure Marema, of P.O. Box 7318, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.9100 hectare or thereabouts, known as Molo South/Ikumbi Block 7/101 (Mutukanio Tebere), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
