IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) of the Universities Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Under paragraph (d)– Kenneth O. Maena (Pr.), to be a member of the Council of the Tom Mboya University, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 30th January, 2026. Gazette No. 17357 of 2025 is revoked.
