APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 (d) of the
County Governments Act, as read with section 58A (1) and (2) of the
County Governments Act and upon approval by the Kilifi County
Assembly in its session held on the 2nd December, 2025, as provided for in section 4 of the Public Appointments (County Assemblies
Approval) Act, I, Gideon Maitha Mung’aro, Governor of Kilifi
County, appoint the persons named on the first column of the Schedule to be members of the Selection Panel for the Recruitment of two (2) nominees for appointment as members of the Kilifi County Public
Service Board.
