Box 8–10120, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Chege Githinji, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 24th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Waititu Mwangi and (2) James Ndungu Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 4278–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwangi Waititu, who died at Nairobi, on 4th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025 By , David Muiruri Ng’ang’a, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geofrey Nganga Muiruri alias Geoffrey Nganga Muiruri, who died at Makuyu, on 21st May, 2025. CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2025 By (1) Leah M. Mutheki and (2) Francis Kamau Mutheki, both of P.O. Box 21686, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry M. Mutheki alias Henry Mburu Mutheki, who died at St. Mulumba, on 17th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
