TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E272 OF 2025 By Consilleta Mary Awino Oyugi, of P.O. Box 40, Madiany in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Oduma Olang alias Odima Olang, who died at Kobong, on 10th October, 2001. CAUSE NO. E273 OF 2025 By (1) Phoebe Ongoro P. Omondi, (2) Helen Okal Buyu and (3) John Otieno Buyu, all of P.O. Box 120, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceaed’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Buyu Mirasi, who died at Memba, on 19th April, 1981. 19th December, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
