E447 OF 2025 By Mary Odundo Ademba, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ademba Odila alias Joseph Ademba, who died at Ramula Sub-location, on 16th July, 2000. CAUSE NO. E522 OF 2025 By (1) Esther Akumu Juma and (2) Samwel David Oduor, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Odhiambo Obwanda, who died at Kakum, Kombewa, on 7th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E568 OF 2025 By (1) William Ochieng Odiaga and (2) Moses J. Ochieng Rading, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Odhayi, who died at Ndere Sub-location, on 8th May, 1966. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
