TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2025 By (1) Bernard Mburu Muchai and (2) Mary Wanjiru Muchai, both of P.O. Box 107, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchai Njoroge, who died at Lioki, on 21st October, 1988. CAUSE NO. E288 OF 2025 By Antony Kagiri Naomi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njau Muchai, who died at Matuguta, on 17th February, 2009. CAUSE NO. E304 OF 2025 By Hannah Wanjiru Kamau, of P.O. Box 111, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen David Kamau, who died at Mugutha Sub- location, on 18th August, 2025.
