E35 OF 2025 By (1) Napunya ene Olchurie and (2) Kayian Olchurie, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olchurie ole Ntiti, who died on 14th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2025 By Alex Kamau Moreu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kamau Moreu, who died at Forthall M. Hospital in Kenya, on 28th January, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
