TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025 By Centrine Khanali Khaemba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milka Amakobe Khaemba, who died at Enyapora Sub-location, on 1st May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2025 By Gladys Namalwa Nalianya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matasi Kisiang’ani, who died at Marinda Sub-location in 1962. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
