E27 OF 2025 By (1) Maureen Musinzi Mutumbi and (2) Walgland Wekunda Masinde, the deceased’s daughter and son. respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfrida Mwangale Liyayi, who died at Friends Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2025 By John Makokha Lubokha, the deceased’s son. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luka Wakhisi Lubokha alias Wakhisi Mutenyo, who died at Matulo Sub-location, on 23rd March, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
