TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E343 OF 2025 By Daina Atieno Ayoo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Echale Nakaya, who died at Esibuye Sub-location, on 15th October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E383 OF 2025 By Wilson Jairus Bulimo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Misacah Bulimo Aggrey alias Meshack Bulimo, who died at Ebwiranyi Sub-location, on 8th November, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
