TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2025 By Charles Kipkosgei Yator, of P.O. Box 247–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibiator Barbelio Chimbe alias Kipyator Barbelio Chimbe, who died at Lotonyok, on 15th October, 2011. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2025 By Pius Kipkemboi Ayabei, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kimutai Ayabei, who died at Katalel, on 16th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025 By (1) Richard Kiptoo Kiptum and (2) Anthony Kipruto Kiplagat, the deceased’s son and grandson. respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptum arap Cherutich alias Kiptum Cherutich, who died at District Hospital, Iten in Kenya, on 6th January, 2010.
