E27 OF 2025 By Ruth Ndimu Kiminza, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Nyamai Maketi, who died at Ndili, on 28th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025 By Gladys Koki Mboya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maleve Mboya alias Stephen Mboya Maleve, who died at Kyoani, on 11th January, 2012. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2025 By Kavatu Musembi Kikunga, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasoka Francis, who died at Kawelu Sub-location, on 1st August, 2025. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By Ndakithi Nzunzali, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nzunza Katumo, who died at Kituti, on 15th June, 2024.
