E39 OF 2025 By Susan Njeri Karungu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Karungu Mwaura, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 8th December, 2003. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025 By Felicita Wanjiku King’ori, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wachuka Kingori alias King’ori Nyagi alias Wacuka Kingori, who died at Rukira Sub- location, on 28th January, 2000. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2025 By Boniface Nderitu Gate, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gate Rebo Manda alias Gate Rebo alias Gate s/o Rebo, who died at Siron Location, on 7th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Mburu Thuo and (2) Rufus Nyanjui Thuo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku Thuo, who died at Nyahururu Hospital in Kenya, on 10th March, 2025.
