E133 OF 2025 By (1) Patrick Kitu Shindo and (2) Kadii Mtawali Kadenge, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shindo Kitu Mwambalu, who died on 5th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2025 By (1) Kadenge Ziro Wanje and (2) Sidi Ziro Wanje, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ziro Wanje Simba, who died on 6th October, 1986.
