TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By (1) Baraka Kea Dzongo and (2) Omar Kea Dzongo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbaura Dzongo Charo, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2025 By Frank Katana Madungi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chengo Chilango Kai alias Chengo Chilango, who died on 11th January, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
