TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2018 By Joyce Kerubo Mongare, of P.O. Box 73–40202, Keroka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onchiri Onchiri, who died at Taracha, on 5th July, 1976. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2025 By (1) Charles Obwoge Magancha, (2) Robert Magoro Magancha and (3) Benard Onwonga Ondieki, all of P.O. Box 650, Keroka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magancha Omagwa, who died at Kenyerere, on 2nd August, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
