Box 3837–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyatuka Ombasa, who died on 2nd August, 1978. CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2025 By Samson Omaore Okenye, of P.O. Box 554, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okenye Omaore Nyamege alias Okenye Maobe Nyambege, who died on 13th November, 2018. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2025 By James Ongori Nyaiyiemi, of P.O. Box 1, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yuvinaris Nyayiemi Kambaka alias Juvinalis Nyayiemi, who died at Nyamesocho Sub-location, on 12th March, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
