Box 184, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Nyaboke Nyansera, who died at Bomwanda, on 27th December, 2006. CAUSE NO. E340 OF 2025 By Mary Nyanchwa Nyamare, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okindo Kimori, who died at Mbanda, on 1st January, 1977. CAUSE NO. E353 OF 2025 By (1) Gideon Jogoo Tinga and (2) Evans Nyambane Tinga, both of P.O. Box 79365–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tinga Shem Ondieki, who died on 6th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E512 OF 2025 By Briska Moraa Motari, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moraa Ywora alias Moraa Yuora, who died on 26th August, 1986.
