E335 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Nyangoina Ratemo and (2) Samwel Soire Ratemo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Nyanchama Ratemo, who died at Molo Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 2025. CAUSE NO. E373 OF 2025 By Douglas Bosire Makori, of P.O. Box 23140–00505, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roseline Moraa Makori, who died at Bogiakumu, on 17th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E381 OF 2025 By Pancras Omari Obure, of P.O. Box 169–40203, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Obure Nyaaga, who died at Nyamache, on 15th January, 2024. CAUSE NO. E393 OF 2025 By Consilata Kemunto Momanyi, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bendicto Ombati Nyambati, who died on 10th December, 1975. CAUSE NO. E402 OF 2025 By (1) Rispha Nyakwara Mogoi and (2) Doricah Nyaboke Onduso, both of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godwin Mogoi Onduso, who died at Bigege Sub-location, on 5th April, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
