TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E335 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Nyangoina Ratemo and (2) Samwel Soire Ratemo, of
P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Nyanchama Ratemo,
who died at Molo Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
