Box 14, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nikolas Monye Okang alias Nikolas Monyi Okang, who died at Katuma, on 2nd July, 2003. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025 By (1) Charles Abong Okach and (2) George Amolo Okach, both of P.O. Box 1, West Kagan in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okach Ngong, who died at Kanyiriema, on 5th August, 1980. CAUSE NO. Box 10, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anyango Okech, who died at Genga, on 18th November, 2016. CAUSE NO. E304 OF 2025 By Peterlis Otieno Achach, of P.O. Box 485, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asaria Ombi Onyango, who died at Kaura, on 15th February, 2014. CAUSE NO. E305 OF 2025 By Alice Nyamisa Onyango, of P.O. Box 28, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Ombidi alias Ocheing Ombidi, who died at Gem Sori, on 22nd August, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
