CAUSE NO. E630 OF 2025 By David Jonyo Ndiege, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndiege Atieno, who died on 8th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. 632 OF 2025 By Penina Adek Mwai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwai Ojwando, who died on 24th May, 2013. CAUSE NO. 633 OF 2025 By Charles Sije Dede, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Dede Mangira alias Dede Mangira, who died on 7th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. 634 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Odhiambo Ondiek and (2) Vincent Otieno Mugeni, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helekia Ochieng Auma alias Elekia Ochieng Ouma, who died on 17th August, 1999.
