Box 1499–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Otieno Obur alias Otieno Aburru, who died on 1st August, 1978. CAUSE NO. E551 OF 2025 By Jemimah Anyango Were, c/o of P.O. Box 378–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Obare Okatch alias Fredrick Obare, who died on 10th April, 1997. CAUSE NO. E583 OF 2025 By Margaret Aluoch Omoro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omoro Odianya alias Omoro Odianyi, who died at Malanga Sub-location, on 26th February, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
