TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E478 OF 2025 By Grace Chebet Maiywa, of P.O. Box 472, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Ronald Kipketer Maiywa alias Maiywa Reuben Ronald Kipketer alias Reuben Ronald Kipketer arap Maiywa alias Reuben Ronald Kipketer alias Mr. Reuben Ronald Kipketer Maiywa, who died at Litein Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 21st July, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
