TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E347 OF 2025 By (1) Jacinta Njeri, (2) Jackson Mwaura, (3) Simion Ngugi and (4) Jameson Kamau Chege, all of P.O. Box 1909–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, sons and grandchild, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jameson Induati Mwaniki, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E383 OF 2025 By (1) Jeni Minayo Simon and (2) Joshua Kegode Mavya, both of P.O. Box 50, Matunda in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhet Simon Mabia, who died at Matunda, on 19th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
