TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025 By Elizabeth Nandako Tanga, of P.O. Box 220, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorcas Nasimiyu Tangah, who died at Tuwan Sub-location, on 6th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2025 By Esther Nyaboke Mose, of P.O. Box 384–20106, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caleb Mose Omosa, who died at Munju, on 27th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
