TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2022 By (1) Salome Karuthu Mburugu and (2) Purity Nkatha Mburugu, both of P.O. Box 703, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Mburugu alias George Mburugu M’Turuchiu, who died at District Hospital, Isiolo in Kenya, on 15th April, 1992. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025 By (1) Delefine Karwirwa Gitonga and (2) Geoffrey Mwiti Gitonga, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gitonga M’Ncebere alias David Gitonga M’Nchebere, who died at Mwirine, on 12th January, 2017. CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2025 By (1) Julius Kirugu M’Itinyai and (2) Jane Gakii, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Itinyai M’Mukindia alias Itinyai Mukindia, who died at Thuura, on 7th March, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
