Box 38, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salvator Maugu Muindi, who died on 12th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2025 By Sandrack Marangu Mbiuki, of P.O. Box 698, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mbiuki Kabutu alias Mpiuki Kabutu, who died on 13th June, 2002. CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2025 By Mercy Gatonga Mutegi, of P.O. Box 162–60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Mutegi Rinkanya, who died at St. Teresa Kiirua Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
