TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 161 OF 2010 By Wanja Nyamu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamu Njeru, who died at Njuku, on 18th November, 1990. CAUSE NO. E429 OF 2025 By Nancy Wairimu Karimi of P.O. Box 58, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Karimi Nyaga, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 4th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
