TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2025 By Taratsio Gichuki Njuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wanjugu Gicheru, who died at Karatina Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2025 By Josephine Wangari Muchai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mercy Wanjiru Muchai, who died at Ruiru, Gatongora, on 28th July, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
