TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2025 By (1) John Ng’ang’a Ngaruiya and (2) Mary Wanjiru Ngaruiya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ngaruiya Nganga, who died at Gakoe Sub-location, on 11th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2025 By (1) Susan Wanjiku Wanjiru and (2) Daniel Kamau Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ndungu Kanini, who died at Thika L. 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 26th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
