TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E383 OF 2024 By Mary Wambui Mukui, of P.O. Box 31299–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Gitau Githuku, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th June, 1997. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025 By (1) David Kungu Kibui and (2) Janet Njoki Kibui, both of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabue Taiya, who died at Kairi Sub-location, on 1st August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
