TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E258 OF 2025 By Leonard Songoi Samburuma, of P.O. Box 303–50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kesia Mukite Buruma alias Kesia Mukite, who died at Kisiwa, on 11th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E305 OF 2025 By (1) Justus Matabili Muliro and (2) Simon Sitati Maboni, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Maboni Matabili, who died at Chesikaki Sub-location, on 1st November, 1974. CAUSE NO. E322 OF 2025 By (1) Joram Wekesa Makokha and (2) Fred Wafula, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makokha Khayele Benjamin alias Ben Makokha, who died at Friends Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 15th January, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
