TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E942 OF 2025 By Anna Nyangweso Oboge, of P.O. Box 123, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achero Ongori, who died at Khushiku, on 16th July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E949 OF 2025 By Agatha Itingu Khasungu, of P.O. Box 104, Shinyalu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Indako Petro Lisutsa, who died at Mukango Sub- location, on 13th June, 2004. CAUSE NO. E958 OF 2025 By Jackson Avudi Sidika, of P.O. Box 48, Lugari in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Lusava Sidika alias Samwel Kusawa Sidika, who died at Koromaiti Sub-location, on 23rd July, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
